Acupuncture

Acupuncture is performed by Licensed Acupuncturists who are trained in both traditional and modern acupuncture tmethods.

Massage Therapy and Bodywork

Therapeutic bodywork goes hand in hand with acupuncture. Schedule an individual massage with a Licensed Massage Therapist, or coordinate your session with an acupuncture treatment.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Herbal Medicine is unlike herbal remedies you may have tried. Formulas are customized personally for you.

Telehealth

Telehealth appointments allow you to see your Chinese Medicine provider in the comfort of your own home. Using telehealth, you can consult with us about Chinese Herbs, self-treatment, lifestyle changes, and many other topics.

Cupping & Guasha

Cupping and Guaha have been used for centuries. In cupping, suction is applied to the body and in guasha, a gently rounded 'guasha tool' is rubbed across the body. Both treatments are applied in specific patterns depending on the patient's condition.

Keli LeMoi LMT

Keli’s massage offerings span multiple techniques, from traditional Swedish (relaxation) massage to specialized therapies like myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage.

Keli tailors each massage to her client’s individual needs. She works with each client towards his or her individual goals. Her ability to listen to the body provides her with valuable insight into achieving positive progression over time.

Keli is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Groton, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and is nationally certified through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Kathleen Poole LAc

Kathleen T. Poole, MSAc, L.Ac

Kathleen is enthusiastic about her work and sees her relationships with her patients as a partnership with them. 

She practices a number of acupuncture styles, including meridian energetics, trigger point technique, Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion, five element and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Kathleen has also taken advanced studies in therapeutic cupping and guasha, and is certified in Battlefield Acupuncture and Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimnation Technique (N.A.E.T.)

Kathleen is licensed as an acupuncturist in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York and as a Doctor of Acupuncture in Rhode Island. She is nationally certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a member and past president of Connecticut Society of Acupuncture, a member of the American Society of Acupuncture, and a past member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
